An integrated review of changing water, sediment, vegetation and ground conditions across eight connected locations between Peel Hill Farm and Ballam Road. Repeat aerial imagery, satellite chronology and 2018–2022 LiDAR comparison show recurring wet-to-dry transitions across fields, drains and banks. The report asks whether this wider spatial pattern now warrants coordinated inspection, repeat survey and targeted sampling rather than separate treatment of each feature.
A focused study of a group of evolving field features immediately beside the Preston New Road site. The report follows the development of a scarp-like depression complex, recurring ponding, an enlarging field depression, a newly established pond-like feature and changes at nearby Teardrop Pond between 2017 and 2026. Aerial imagery, independent satellite epochs and LiDAR lowering indicate that the area should be investigated as one local ground-and-water network.
An early working paper examining Peel Hill Farm as a sentinel location within the wider Fylde landscape. It brings together a dense photographic chronology, a former persistent pond and seepage area, later dry-season depressions and material expressions, drainage intervention, resident observations and independently mapped elevation change. The paper establishes the working chronology and identifies the comparisons and field measurements required for a fuller study.
A concise review of native gamma-survey data collected during February and July 2026. Fixed measurements, GPS tracks and time-resolved spectra document sustained local count-rate differences at two separate roadside locations, together with reductions at increased detector height. The measurements do not identify a radionuclide or source, but provide a coherent basis for a calibrated professional verification survey.

The principal location-based study within the archive. It documents recurring lowering, depressions, cracking, mounding, bank erosion, seepage, sediment expression and changing discharge points across the wider Preston New Road drainage and infrastructure corridor. Ground observations, repeat aerial imagery and LiDAR comparison are used together to assess persistence and spatial relationships, and to show why the observations should be considered as a connected landscape pattern.
A detailed chronology of the well pad from construction through decommissioning. The report records recurrent wetting at fixed perimeter locations, repeated intervention at the same areas, persistent moisture around the well cellar, rainfall-sensitive boundary behaviour and surrounding LiDAR elevation change. Its central purpose is to preserve the pre-deconstruction evidence and explain the case for proportionate investigation before the engineered surface and its present condition are irreversibly altered.
The first structured gamma-radiation field note from the project. It compares a grass-verge reference, an elevated near-ground location, a raised-height measurement and a separate control point. The results documented a sustained local difference that was stronger near the ground, without resolving a diagnostic photopeak or identifying a source. This initial study led to the larger comparative review completed in July 2026.
A location-based study of the former Grange Hill exploration site following decommissioning. Using repeat aerial imagery and landscape comparison, the report examines whether visible surface and ground-condition expressions persisted after the operational infrastructure had been removed. It distinguishes short-lived operational disturbance from features that remained spatially legible over time, and provides an important comparison with the continuing surface, drainage and restoration questions documented around Preston New Road.
A location-based record of progressive ground and surface-water change across Peel Hill Farm, prepared principally for the landowner. It brings together repeat aerial imagery, field observations, temporal comparisons and LiDAR elevation-change context across the documented locations, with additional wider landscape context provided from Gardiners Lower Fields. The recorded features include persistent and changing ponding, seepage or wet-ground conditions, surface depressions, scarp-like breaks, disturbed or exposed ground, sediment and tonal expressions, vegetation response and locally mapped negative elevation change. The report treats the farm as an evolving landscape system rather than a collection of isolated field defects.
